Perform cashier, money handling and customer contact activities in company restaurants, maintaining the highest degree of customer service, accuracy and report preparation while strictly adhering to the company's operating business, human resources' policies and government regulation.
Primary Duties
1. Perform as cashier and first contact with all customers as they approach the counter to
order. Cheerfully greet each customer and ask for their food order.
2. Accurately input customer orders into the POS (Point of sale system), collect payment
from customers, making sure they get their correct food order.
3. Communicate as needed with the other food service team members to assure the
accuracy in preparation and bagging of customer food orders.
4. Ensure the proper and accurate handling of cash, credit cards and other receipts from
customers or payments from the register to vendors or others.
5. Perform various money counting, reconciliation and reporting tasks at the start and end
of each shift for the POS.
6. Assist in taking in-store inventory and putting items in their proper place for storage.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift or Store Manager.
To direct the restaurant operations at a single location during a single 7-8 hour shift,
maintaining the highest standard of customer service and optimum profitability while strictly
adhering to the company’s operating, business, human resources policies and related
government regulation.
Primary Duties:
1. Ensure store sales, quality customer service, sanitation, consistent food quality, facility
management, safety, inventory control, payroll costs, proper POS use and training etc.
2. Review financial results with Store Manager on a regular basis and develop action plans
to improve results, and profitability.
3. Train, develop, and support all store staff in their assigned jobs. Provide necessary
coaching to assist them in achieving maximum effectiveness both operationally and
administratively.
4. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws/regulations relative to assigned
store.
5. Performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Perform various food preparation and service activities in company restaurants,
maintaining the highest standard of food, consistency, sanitation/safety, preparation and quality
while strictly adhering to the company’s operating, business, human resources policies and
related government regulation.
Primary Duties:
1. Prepare food as directed including, cutting vegetables, rolling pickles and peppers, set up food displays, fill soda. vending or other service machines/equipment.
2. Perform various cleaning and sanitation tasks relative to food service operations.
3. Perform as grill cook and/or food preparer in preparing sandwiches, salads and other
food items as ordered by our customers.
4. Assemble and bag food orders as directed.
5. Assist cutters, cooks or other in using, cleaning and minor repair of food handling
equipment including slicers, stoves, grills, coolers, freezers, cookware and utensils.
6. Assist in taking in-store inventory and putting items in their proper place.
7. Perform general clean u and maintenance tasks such as mopping/sweeping floors,
bathrooms, window washing and wiping down counters and selves, empty trash.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift or Store Manager.
To drive a company vehicle to and from all different company locations. To adhere to
all city and state laws and driving regulations, and to always practice safe driving. To adhere to
company routes and directives consistently. Must have a valid driver’s license, no CDL required.
Primary Duties:
1. To pick, prepare, separate and package all items requested by a purchase order for
delivery to and from all store locations.
2. To perform shopping excursions to local stores to resupply items to all stores and
warehouse locations.
3. To keep company up to date on all maintenance requirements and issues for vehicle
needs to keep vehicle in good condition.
